Rhyme & Reason: My Life in Poems
Poetry , Reviews / May 8, 2018

BOOK DESCRIPTION As a single parent of three, I have had an extraordinary life. But even so I’ve had my share of heartbreaks. And I’ve come to know people who have experienced extreme highs and lows in their lives as well. With their blessings, I have told their stories so as to give them comfort and help them to heal and move on. I personally have always believed that no matter how tough things get, to succeed, it’s important to find the positive among the negative in life. It may not always be easy . . . but it is possible. These poems are my positives. Some relate overwhelming pain and sadness . . . while others express the most joyous moments in my life. I relate how anger can cripple as well as empower. It’s all in the way you perceive it. Writing has served as an outlet for my deepest felt emotions . . . some good, some bad . . . and at times the best therapy. But I also know that without Jehovah God in my life to strengthen and guide my very steps, I may have remained lost. I am forever grateful for his unending…

The Long Body That Connects Us All
Poetry , Reviews / February 24, 2018

BOOK DESCRIPTION Provocative and profound, Rich Marcello’s poems are compact but expansive, filled with music as seductive as their ideas, and focused mostly on how to be a good man. This is a collection of deep passion and wisdom for fathers, husbands, and sons, but also for mothers, wives, and daughters, many who began with a longing for the things they were taught to desire by their forefathers, only to later discover a different path, one lit by loss and welcoming of the vulnerable, one made of the long body that connects us all.   REVIEW Rich Marcello will make you fall in love with literature again. By Piaras on February 24, 2018 (Emerald Book Reviews) If you are one who prefers to experience life and savor its moments, sacred, painful, and true, you will find several of your own favorites in this collection that you will return to for sustenance, for pleasure, and for wisdom, and you will never be disappointed. Play On Words: A Collection of Poetry
Fiction , Poetry , Reviews / December 8, 2017

BOOK DESCRIPTION Play On Words is an exploration of idioms commonly used in the English language. R.R. Noall explores, dives into, and obliterates their traditional meanings, provoking readers to question everything they’ve ever said.   REVIEW R.R. Noall’s debut poetry collection is a must read for all poetry lovers! In a field crowded with disappointing tomes, what a pleasure it was to open Play On Words by R.R. Noall, and be introduced to something fresh and unique. An absolutely unputdownable book! This is R.R. Noall’s debut poetry collection. It’s a short quick read but it packs a heavy literary punch. It’s thoughtful, thought-provoking and drawn with fine imagery (as poetry should be). It was difficult to pick a favorite from this collection. But if I had to choose, I’d pick this one: Play On Words Smooth, like the dice in my hand. Seemingly leaving it all to chance, a careless toss. Words don’t fall on pages like that. They’re graceful. Calculated. Yet we play. A recommended read to all poetry lovers and a well-deserved 5 stars from me.         ABOUT THE AUTHOR A native of Cleveland, R.R. Noall penned her college essay on her love affair…
