Model Confusion: A Guide to Models Used by Business Analysts (Carnsa Development Series)

March 6, 2018

BOOK DESCRIPTION

Perhaps you just want to get an idea of the deliverables which a business analyst (BA) might use in a project? Perhaps you want a quick overview in your lunch break or daily commute? This is the first short semi-fictional story from the Carnsa Development Series, starring Claudia Carnsa, an enthusiastic business analyst.

Spoiler alert: models are not exclusive to the business analyst role.

This book introduces popular models which a BA may use to support a project or business. In this story Claudia must select and explain BA models to an audience with a very short attention span. The idea is that you will get enough detail to be comfortable if you encounter them in the future by using examples you can relate to.
